Padouk table, manufactured in colonial India (about 1869-70) in wood entirely carved in padouk, for export from the mid-19th century to Europe and above all to England. Smooth octagonal shaped base with central spherical decoration, four columns interlocking on two entirely carved cubic bases, feet in the shape of an elephant.

Good state of conservation.
