Antique and great french clasp knife, first half of the nineteenth century, bone handle painted with floral motives and with figures, in the middle strip of mother-of-pearl. The ends of the clasp knife are of rounded steel with circular incisions, the steel blade features floral decorations made with acid technique, the tip intact.

In general good state of conservation, ring and mechanics of perfect, light oxidation points of the blade normal for its era.
